Since 1985, Interfaith Community Services (ICS) has been helping people in need achieve stable, healthy and independent lives. Volunteers are the heartbeat of ICS. We provide a rich variety of volunteer opportunities to utilize your special skills and philanthropic interests or to develop new ones.

Here are the current positions needing your help as a volunteer:

  • We especially need help with drivers who can take seniors and disabled individuals to appointments anywhere in Tucson. We are calling these special volunteers ANYWHERE DRIVERS. Click here to find out more about this special program.
  • We are looking for drivers who can deliver meals for our Mobile Meals program this summer. Children 10+ are welcome to go along!
  • We have a need for volunteers at the ICS Eastside Food Bank located at New Spirit Lutheran Church at Old Spanish Trail and Camino Seco. Volunteers are needed on the first and third Saturdays of the month from 10am-1pm to help clients going through the ICS Food Bank on the eastside.
  • Volunteers are needed at the Job Resource Center on the eastside to assist people with job searches and computer use.
  • Volunteers are needed for the Care Partners Program to provide non-medical social support for people discharged from the hospital.

Many more opportunities are available. Please contact us for information about how you can help.
