Established 48 years ago, the St. Andrew’s Children’s Clinic located in Nogales, Arizona provides free medical care to impoverished Mexican children. Once a month about 300 accompanied children cross the border from Mexico into Nogales to receive care unavailable to them in Mexico for a multitude of conditions including spina bifida, cerebral palsy, prosthetic limbs, hearing or vision loss, speech impediments, cleft palates, and so on.

St. Andrew’s Children’s Clinic is a non-denominational, non-profit health care clinic with a volunteer health care and support staff. Volunteers are the cornerstone of our continued success and are exceptional in their dedication to helping our children. In addition to actual health care, our volunteers provide a variety of services from office activities, cooking and serving lunch, updating records, keeping the siblings of the young patients busy with games and puzzles, and driving families to and from the Tucson airport when they need to fly out for surgery to name a few.
