These would be small classes – perhaps up to 10 patrons – and the library would provide laptops as needed. Days and times of the classes are to be determined based on the volunteer’s availability and meeting room scheduling. Sahuarita Library is open Mon/Wed 10-6, Tues/Thurs 9-6 and Fri/Sat 10-5. Training and curriculum will be provided by the library’s partner, Literacy Connects, so if you’re comfortable around a computer, this opportunity is for you! If you’re interested, but not sure, please feel free to join an Information Session here – literacyconnects.org/volunteer – to learn more.
