HOW TO EMPOWER VOLUNTEER LEADERS

Friday, September 25, 2026 at Joyner-Green Valley Library

1:00 – 4:00 PM
Strong organizations are built on strong volunteer leaders. This interactive workshop will help you grow and practice your skills and confidence to identify, develop, and support volunteers who are ready to take on greater leadership responsibilities. We will explore the qualities of effective volunteer leaders, learn practical strategies for enlisting and mentoring emerging leaders, and discover how to delegate and hold accountable meaningful responsibilities that inspire ownership and commitment.

Attendees will leave with actionable tools and a personalized plan to cultivate the next generation of volunteer leaders within their organization.

Any questions? Call or email Linda Reed at 520-730-3660 / reedlinda@cox.net.
